Chains Claim "Which?" Optician Study Inaccurate

"Optical chains have reacted to last week's critical report of the profession by consumer watchdog Which? - claiming it did not represent a large enough sample of stores," reports OpticianOnline. "The Which? investigation's worst performing chain, Optical Express, insisted it offered 'an excellent standard of patient care'.
