The British optical retailer Boots Opticians asked 1,000 parents questions about eyecare. Nine out of 10 said that they knew that the sun's UB can damage the eye. Then Boots asked a more telling question. Do they make their kids where sunwear on those days they wear suncream? Fifty percent said no.
