Valentino SpA signed a global license agreement with Marchon, granting the eyewear manufacturer the rights to manufacture and distribute the sun and ophthalmic collections under the legendary Valentino brand. The agreement will be effective from 1st January 2012. The current Safilo-Valentino licensing agreement will run until the end of the year.
