Eyeglass maker Warby Parker has signed a lease for its first permanent retail location, taking about 2,500 square feet at 121 Greene Street in Soho," writes the
Commercial Observer. "The deal would appear to be a small step into the multi-pronged
selling approach many retailers are taking today, in which stores couple
their web selling platforms with a physical presence and vice versa."
