South Dakota-native Ava Lloyd has won Prevent Blindness America's Most Beautiful Eyes Contest. PBA awarded the four-year-old a $10,000 educational scholarship at the charity's annual banquet earlire this week in Chicago. PBA flew Ava and her parents to the windy city.
