With VSP Vision Care, the United States Association of Blind Athletes (USABA) will host the 4th Annual USABA National Marathon Championship this Sunday. It will be held in conjunction with the California International Marathon (CIM) in Sacramento, Calif. Some 30 blind or visually impaired runners from around the world will compete.
