The 9th General Assembly of the IAPB brings together a
wide spectrum of professionals, academics, policy makers, and development
experts. They will explore solutions

International Centre for Eyecare Education (ICEE) nominated Naomi
Nsubuga, OD., ICEE East Africa Sub-regional Manager, as its Eye Health Hero ahead
of the IAPB 9th General Assembly.
