Scots Encouraged to Get Eyes Checked

"Scots are being urged to have their eyes checked regularly to help avoid them losing their sight," reports the Daily Record. "Fifty per cent of sight loss is avoidable, a fact that eight in 10 Scots are unaware of, according to the latest research. With four in 10 Scots not having their eyes checked on a regular basis, Boots Opticians, supported by RNIB and Action for Blind People, have launched the Great Big Eye Check." Read more.
