Benny Bassant “Home” after Heart/Lung Transplant

Benny Bassant (center with surgical mask) has returned home to recover from his heart/lung transplant. As you may recall, Benny, the husband of an eye care provider working for Opticare, an 18-store practice of opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists in Connecticut, had a congenital disease and, as a result, needed a heart and lung transplant that he received about a month ago. Last week, he visited the optical lab at Opticare’s Chesire location.
