Luottica Buys Out Remainder of Sun Planet

"Italy's eyewear heavyweight Luxottica SpA (LUX) said Thursday it has agreed to buy the remaining Sun Planet retail stores, about 120 locations in Spain and Portugal," reports Fox Business.
