3M Tekk Protection Brand has hooked up with Mike
Holmes, the contractor from
HGTV, to develop a line of protective eyewear for projects around the
house. According to a recent 3M Safety Survey, nearly three out of four
homeowners across the U.S. are most concerned with injuring their eyes
as opposed to any other injury while completing DIY or home improvement
projects. The eyewear reportedly will protect homeowners from projectiles and contaminants
while doing home maintenance projects, including sanding, painting,
sawing, drilling, power washing and lawn maintenance.
