Augmented Reality CLs Closer to Reality

"Researchers at the University of Washington are working on contact lenses that are embedded with computer chips and graphical displays – bringing true augmented reality a little closer to, er, reality," so starts the SeattlePI
blog. "Imagine surfing the Web without any sort of screen in front of you. Or playing a video game while in a boring business meeting. Or, you know, something more productive, like a diabetic getting real-time blood-sugar updates without the need for a pinprick."
