Oakley Sues Best Buy, Fry's, and Others

"Oakley Inc. filed suit against several eyeglass purveyors and electronics companies Friday in California federal court, alleging that Best Buy Co. Inc., Fry's Electronics Inc. and others were infringing on its design patent with sunglasses that have a camera in the frame," reports Law360. "The six companies named in Oakley's suit each sell some variation of a product called a Bios Action Eyewear Cam, under various closely related brand names, Oakley alleged in its suit.
