UK Costume House Selling Halloween CLs

Here's an interesting press release--considering U.S. CL dispensing laws: "Ace Fancy Dress [based in the United Kingdom] are responding to a huge demand in Halloween outfits in 2010 by stocking a new range of ultra-scary contact lenses to go with their selection of Halloween costumes. Ace Fancy Dress has revealed that they have been super-busy planning for Halloween 2011 after a manic Halloween period in 2010."


The press release appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle's SFGate website. On its CL webpage, it makes no mention of the legality of sale in the U.S. We wondered if Ace knew it was illegal selling CL lenses in the U.S. without a valid prescription.
