Wholistic Herbs Inc., Dallas, Texas, "recalled all quantities of one fluid-ounce Koff & Kold spray with herbal extract and Kold Sore spray with liquid sea mineral distributed from March 2009 through February 2012 because they are not sterile...," according to a post on Consumer Reports. "Consumers who have purchased the products should discontinue use and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
