EDA to Distribute K.A.P. Design in U.S.

Eyewear Design Alliance (EDA) and Canada’s Concept Eyewear Inc. created a partnership to produce and market K.A.P. Design eyewear. Starting at the end of the year, EDA will manufacture and distribute Pille Kapetanakis' K.A.P. Design limited-edition, handcrafted eyewear to independent optical retailers in the US. During Kapetanakis' 14-year career as an optician/contact lens fitter/clinic manager, she dreamed of designing handcrafted stylist and colorful frames made of the finest materials. She launched the company only this past spring at Vision Expo West.

New from Concept

Concept Eyewear Inc. has added five styles to its V.Design eyewear collection. The designs emphasize bold acetate fronts with metal temples, featuring unusual lines and color combinations balance the look. For example, the mens’ model 5681 exhibits a rectangle shape with origami-inspired temples. All designs are available in three to four colors each. See more at Concept’s site.

Concept Eyewear Adds to Its V.Design Collection

Concept Eyewear Inc. has released three new rimless ophthalmic models within the V.Design eyewear collection. All three models have a screwless lens mounting system utilizing acetate plugs. The designs are unexpected and fresh, featuring unique temple details and beautiful color combinations such as lime green with black and deep purple with white. Concept to Distribute Variation in CN

Concept Eyewear Inc.  has entered into an exclusive, Canada-wide distribution agreement with Variation Design for the import, marketing and distribution of ophthalmic eyewear frames under the V.Design and V.Design Kids brands. Concept Eyewear Inc. is now the exclusive distributor of the brands in all Canadian provinces except Quebec.
