KS Governor's Decision to Hurt Pediatric Vision Care Coverage
"Kansas Insurance Commissioner Sandy Praeger says pediatric dental and
vision care coverage may be most affected by Gov. Sam Brownback's
decision not to adopt her agency's recommendations for state health care
exchange standards," reports the Topeka Capital Journal. "The coverage standards, or benchmarks, for the exchanges are part of
the federal health care reform law spearheaded by President Barack Obama
