New Look Eyewear Inc. has entered into $74 million agreement to acquire the assets and business of Vogue Optical Inc., Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island (PEI). Founded in 1979 by Wayne and Doreen Gray, Vogue Optical has grown into a 65-store optical retailer in Atlantic Canada, including 21 in Nova Scotia, 21 in New Brunswick, 15 in Newfoundland and Labrador, 5 in PEI, and 3 in other provinces, as well as a lens processing facility. Vogue's annual revenue is approximately $40 million.
